Minor illness ie ear ache, medication refills, assessment for birth control, sore throat ect. Employment physical *lab fees not included.

D.O.T Physical $85

*Tiny Clinic has certified Medical Examiners to handle D.O.T Physicals. We are also a collection site for urine and hair drug screens. We welcome all companies that need collection/ assessment services.
